BPW Malaysia successfully organized and hosted The Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2025 and the 4th Young BPW Asia Pacific Symposium held in Putrajaya, Malaysia, from August 24-26, 2025, themed “Democracy, Dialogue, Direction,” bringing together over 200 women leaders across the globe to discuss gender equality, leadership, and strategic direction for women in business, also marking BPW International's 95th anniversary

Day 1– BPW Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2025

We officially opened the 26th BPW Asia Pacific Regional Conference in Putrajaya, Malaysia, with the grand Opening Ceremony officiated by Yang Berusaha Puan Hanani binti Sapit from the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development.

We were honoured to welcome more than 200 participants from 28 countries, gathering in the spirit of leadership, advocacy, and sisterhood. The evening continued with a vibrant Welcome Dinner, featuring cultural performances from our participating countries, showcasing the beauty of diversity and unity in BPW. A wonderful start to three inspiring days ahead.

Day 2 – BPW Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2025

Day 2 was filled with impactful reports, discussions, and sharing sessions, covering topics from global advocacy to the future of AI, led by our dynamic Young BPW. Every dialogue was rich with ideas, energy, and vision for the future of women’s leadership.

The day concluded with our memorable Gala Dinner, graced by the esteemed presence of Her Highness Hajah Sharifah Khatreena Nuraniah Jamalullail, adding prestige and warmth to the evening. It was truly a night of unity, celebration, and sisterhood..

Day 3 – BPW Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2025

The afternoon featured the important BPW International Report, offering valuable insights and direction for our collective work ahead. We then concluded with the meaningful Candle Lighting Ceremony, symbolising unity, hope, and our enduring bond as a global sisterhood. This day was also made more special as we celebrated the 95th Anniversary of BPW, honouring nearly a century of empowering women and advancing leadership.

Alhamdulillah, these three days have been filled with knowledge, connection, and unforgettable memories. My heartfelt gratitude to BPW International President, Regional Leaders, BPW Malaysia, delegates, and our hardworking organising team, your dedication made this conference a true success.
