The Federation of Business and Professional Woman of Malaysia is a member of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International) with affiliation in 100 countries worldwide which become one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women.

The establishment of Federation BPW Malaysia was led by President DS Rozaini Nawawi who initiated the
BPW Putrajaya, followed by BPW Bangsar and
BPW Damansara respectively. With completed formation of the three organization in 13th March 2021, The Federation of Business and Professional Woman of Malaysia was formed.
BPW MALAYSIA MISSION STATEMENT
The Federation of Business and Professional Woman of Malaysia (FBPWM) continues to carry mission in developing business, professional and leadership potential women in Malaysia on all levels through advocacy, education, mentoring, networking, skill building and economic empowerment programmed and project that can be brought up into international level.
UN CONNECTION
BPW International was founded as International Federation of Business and Professional Women IFBPW in Geneva, Switzerland, on August 26, 1930, on the initiative of Dr. Lena Madesin Phillips. BPW International is an influential international network of business and professional women from more than 100 countries in 5 continents with Consultative Status at ECOSOC/United Nations.
The primary purpose of BPW is the professional and economic empowerment of women, through UN advocacy and local action as well as networking, mentoring, peer support, and skills development. Global flagship initiatives include “International Women’s Day“, “Equal Pay Day” and “Women on Boards.”
