Together with DHRAA Malaysia, BPW Damansara involves with conversation program with Professional Women based on their needs identified by grassroots Women which part of a project carried out with European Union Cooperation, which is the Empowerment of Malaysian Grassroots Women's Civil Society Organizations as agents of development and change in strengthening the role of women in society to promote equal participation by women in all aspects of society.
