Federation of Business and Professional Women (FBPW) Malaysia as an NGO, proudly supports the Minister of Health Malaysia, YB Khairy Jamaludin and YB Datuk Seri Rina Harun, Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, Malaysia on the iniative of 'Generational End Game' (GEG) on tabling the new act in the Parlimen. Generational Endgame is an act that will ban those born in the year of 2005 and above from purchasing and possessing any form of tobacco products and e-cigarettes. In line with the SDG No. 3 - Good Health and Well Being, Malaysia aims for a less than 5% Prevalence of smokers in the year of 2040.
As a President of Federation BPW Malaysia I am proudly acknowledge the participation of 2 of our Federation members, Pn Yazmeen Anshary (BPW International SC- Development, Training and Employment), the MC of the event and Puan Noreen Abdullah (BPW International SC - Agriculture)as members of the organising Committee of MyWATCH (Malaysian Women's Action for Tobacco Control and Health)
